Ivor Glen Body Corporate has been designed to provide a gracious and secure lifestyle for all its residents. To protect and enhance this lifestyle, Conduct Rules have been established by the Body Corporate. Harmonious community living is achieved when residents use and enjoy their private property as well as the public areas. They are binding on all persons resident at or visiting Ivor Glen Body Corporate , and shall be administered by the Body Corporate.
The rules will be ratified in terms of the Memorandum and Articles of the Ivor Glen Body Corporate. They are binding upon all occupants of the estate, as is any decision taken by the members in interpreting these rules. The registered owners of units are responsible for ensuring that members of their household, tenants, visitors, invitees and all their employees abide by the rules. The Conduct rules may be modified, amended or repealed from time to time subject to the procedure laid down by the Body Corporate. As a resident you are obliged to pay a monthly levy and will be subject to the
Conduct Rules.
